I've spent 25 years here, even selected for leadership programs, but have not been promoted, just passed over. Tired of being told how great my ideas are, but not being compensated. I am not valued. Too much nepotism and "club" behavior between the incompetent ones who are screwing up the company

making decisions, listening, compensating workers based on expertise, not diversity
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Salary not commensurate with experience or work provided. 25 years with company, but making less than men and new hires.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
incompetent leaders & co-workers. People doing jobs they do not have skills for. SME's being isolated / not promoted / not compensated / not consulted. Fair pay for equal work. Promoting people based on diversity, not knowledge.
