Ford is a good company but the legacy hires and entrenched bureaucracy are killing the culture. I see young people leave the company all the time because they cant stand the politics and non-value added work that goes on. It seems like they only people who stay are the worst not the best

They seem to be interested in Fords success and changing the way we work

Current team is young and willing to try new things. They also care about people in a real way
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The issue is that compensation is not tied to Merit. It seems to be tied to who you know and who is willing to pull you up the ranks. Compensation is all about moving up not delivery things that actually make the company better
