I can see myself with sitel till I get old but this is not turning into reality because of the people I am working with who view you more at a negative personal level than the positive impact you wanna impart. Aid is coming when it rains but never choose whom to cover, all deserves to be safe.

Because politics should only be in Congress and Senate. If u know what I mean.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They should stay professional and not act like dogs running away when it's worst yet barking out loud at its own peril.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Treat everyone fairly and set personal aside. What they are outside is not half of what they are at work, vice versa. Take it on the work they do and the feedback of their agents not on how they wanna continue at work what they started outside. A boss having an affair to her coworker is a bad luck.
