I value my job in this time of the pandemic, the 2,500 per quarter I get for my maintenance meds, my health cards and coverage for myself and my family, though underpaid and overworked.

Work culture itself, expectations set is way different from reality.

There's too much politics and appointees for promotion coz they're friends with OPS.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Ambush, workloads, meetings and asks, it defeats the purpose of setting tasks for every day.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Promote the human side in them, they always remind us to coach based on behavior and trends, but it will still boil down to numbers.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Everything else in these pandemic already increased their rates-bills, rent, food and transport, it's just our compensation which is below markers to make both ends meet for a month.
