Good at first, but not consistent, and they will be bad on taking care of the employees eventually as they are very focused on making money.

Almost everyone is on low morale

They are keeping bad managers

They make sure that we have work and place on a specific account.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The basic pay of an associate here is at Php12000 and supervisor at Php25000

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Just the redeployment process and nothing else. Overall, they do not consider the circumstances of their employees.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

It is a well balanced package. in terms of work load, risks and pay. Especially in these times.

What makes you most happy at work?

My participation in engagement team and the fact that I have my friends. I also want to highlight the recognitions we received and the support of my team.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

High salary which would suit the job they are demanding from us. Also, consider the situation we are facing right now, why pull out shuttles when there is no enough public transportation during midnight?

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Proper boost tagging is endorsed properly whenever we transfer to new account. They didn't even aligned my salary on my previous account until a I got transferred to my new program. Salary could've been resolved or aligned prior to me transferring to another program.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Consider the physical and mental health of the employees, and do not focus too much on creating money. Try doing what the employees are doing for the company so you would know what it feels like before making any decision that would compromise the employees.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

If referring to the managers, they need to learn on fighting for the agents. They need to know how hard it is to do what the client is demanding, and they should not accept it without asking how the employees are doing with the job. Don't accept without knowing anything.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Low salary, they have conducted surveys for the past 2 years, and it is very obvious that most of the employees asked for a higher salary, but no action made for this. It's okay to have the value they gave us; however, it does not meet the job we are doing. Also, consider to bring back shuttles!
