Interacting with my agents and colleagues. Looking forward to daily performance update and seeing our numbers green.

The people and colleagues I work with, even the bodyguards who'd simply greet you every time you pass by.

They keep us informed and updated. They help us with any opportunities we may encounter and opens door for new challenges.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Lots of engagement activities which keeps the happy spirit of the agents and have them love to come in to work.

We are very close and bonded. We all love to gather to talk about various updates and most of all, we love to eat!

The people, the people in my company are fun to be with and work with. They are like a second family and that's what's important in every company.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Salary is low and not competent enough for the position. Allowances has to be increased as it's no longer sufficient for the modern time. Hope this will be looked out well.

Salary increase is what will make it better. We need competitive pays for the job we are doing. Specially with the pandemic we are facing, the more that we need to get better finances.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are very open and approachable. They keep us informed and updated of what we need to know and most of all they do all that they can to keep their employees on top of their game.
