I am satisfied overall. I just hope we have better coverage on free vitamins and supplements to stay healthy. People get sick easily this days.

My team is engaged with our agents. We have good working relationship.

Supportive and very engaged. I'm referring to our DOO and SOM here in Tarlac 3.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Could've been better if we still have the same kind of benefits from Maxicare like it originally used to be.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I wanted to get the same benefits on Maxicare, like the way it was before. We get free vitamins which we BADLY need in this pandemic. It was very timely that the time you guys changed the benefits coverage, we got into a pandemic. Would have been nice to have these supplements for free as part of it
