It is fulfilling, challenging, very good for my overall development, both personal and professional. I am working on my stress levels and work-life balance to make it more enjoyable.

I like the focus on promotion within and on the various employee programs for continuous learning and constant constructive feedback

The creative aspects of my work and the improvisation that is required of me are challenging and fulfilling. I am also happy about the cooperation with my colleagues.

They are oriented toward empowering people and helping everyone on their path to self-accomplishment. They allow various opportunities and are very understanding when it comes to finding the optimal work-life balance.

The environment is very friendly and accepting. Diversity is encouraged and protected so everyone has a chance to feel at home and not feel threatened. The atmosphere also facilitates personal growth and socializing.

We are very close-knit and we have constant communication. There is always someone to share your interests and sense of humor, as well as someone to help you out with work or personal matters.

The culture is very encouraging and challenging, so I have progressed very far in my short time here as an employee. It feels satisfying when I manage to complete what I need to do.

I enjoy the constant problem-solving, improvisation, and creativity that is needed at my position. I also find satisfaction in working with data or on repetitive tasks as I try to optimize the process constantly.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It is more than enough for my standard of living and I am comfortable with it. The private medical insurance is a great addition as it is far more convenient than the public healthcare system.

I work in a team of highly proactive and dedicated people who care about each other as people first. There is always support when I need it and they are knowledgeable and skillful in various areas, with a lot for me to learn from them.

My salary is very competitive and the compensation is more than sufficient for the value that I provide. The tools and support that I receive make the job more comfortable, while the benefits and overall working conditions reduce the amount of stress I need to cope with.
