Pay is painfully meager especially for us tenured people ... no salary increases ... i have to compensate working elsewhere after my shift whenever possible,but i have a boss who takes good care of us, treats us nicely and makes us feel and reminds us that our voice counts, thats what makes me stay
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to work with and for my awesome boss and my two other team mates ...
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My boss is an Awesome Leader, a friend, a big brother! God bless Him! I only wish some of the top leads be someone like him.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My team mates makes this meager pay worthwhile... my daily wage is just enough for daily transportation to and from work and lunch worth 65 pesos
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I have an Awesome Leader and friend at work.... super lucky to be moved to a small department, that's lead by a Leader who gives a damn about the small people like us
What are some of the best things about your team?
I have a few team mates that makes me feel truly valued and respect me even if my position is much much lower than theirs ... and that's what matters most ... I dont need everyone to act nicely to me just because they need something, i know not everyone will like me at work and that's fine
