Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Consider an increase of bonus/salary for support departments such as QA. When adding more responsibilities and workload, also consider the compensation. Make it fair for all!

People First culture: involvement of all department to live and practice this culture. Humanizing the performance, caring, listening and taking actions to improve what needs to be improved

They guide me and provide feedback regularly in order to improve my AOOs. They are attentive to my needs and requests and take my insights into account. They encourage me to continue learning and challenging myself.
