Very supportive, fun to work with, provide aid and assistance when needed, sometimes don't even have to ask for it, they know when to step-in.

Actually having a job that I enjoy and also being able to provide for my family, knowing that I have time to work and be with them at the same time.

Maybe is not part of compensation, however getting to work from home is really nice for me. Also discounts at supermarket and other stores. Having the Internet service paid by the company helps a lot.
