a higher salary would compensate the upper cost of basic meals in our country

open door policy provides us confidence in getting close to them and let them know that something is bothering us.

Treat people as they deserve and give respect to everyone no matter what their job position is, this include security guards and cleaning crew

They should value the time working in the company and the job their employees do and not the friendship or conflict of interest they have with them.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I have only seen promotions pass by and be applied to people new to the company who have no knowledge of internal policies and processes and only because they are close relatives or acquaintances
