Its a very good company and had every less pressure until pandemice. Now they over work us and not pay accordingly. There is literally no benefits or compensation in any way even though we're working from home

Any compensation would make me feel better as theres no compensation even during the pandemic

They need to either reduce the work load to match our salaries or increase our salaries to match the workload. This gap is seen from agent level to management level
