They need to be more ambitious
They get the work done
We help each other mostly
They dont care who you are and where youre from
Pay the working people more or atleast what they deserve
Any compensation would make me feel better as theres no compensation even during the pandemic
They need to either reduce the work load to match our salaries or increase our salaries to match the workload. This gap is seen from agent level to management level
