As I wrote before, I like SITEL a lot but I think you should supervise the leadership you have in some campaigns that are not doing right! they do not effort themselves to resolve the employee's needs

I'm satisfied since during this pandemic SITEL has given me the chance to be working from home. I'm so thankful for that
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I do love the way SITEL works, the leadership for SITEL is really good however it also depends of the campaign we are, I do not feel good with the treat I'm getting from WOW leadership.
