At the beggining i enjoyed the work but now is just tirying and want the day to end
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The responsabilities are getting worse but there is no improvement un My salary and the benefits are not worth the extra effort
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
While i do expect we need to follow contracts this are getting anoying to follow, i repeat the pressure is getting heavier and there is no really rewards
