Need for professionalism. Not asking to borrow money, pass cheap comments and definitely have some decent Language
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Better structure, better pay, listen to employees when showing what's going wrong, value a person while they are with you and not AFTER they decide to quit
What makes you most happy at work?
The good thing is that my manager doesn't degrade me or speak to me rudely. He's really nice that way. Not a micro manager so that's really good.
