I like Sitel, we have stable job and some benefits, however we are in the need to have 2 days off, campaigns as MG does no have this chance and attrition will increase because of this fact.
What makes you most happy at work?
When we share lunch, pizza party, etc

The positive attutude and enthusiasm
What are some of the best things about your team?
Some of them are focused on their job, same as i do and we care about doing everything good.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
2 days off pleaseeee it does not matter if the 2 days are not together, but i think is really neccesary. Sitel is a great company bit we are missing this benefit
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There are competitors that offer best salaries, Sitel never increase the basic amount, and we also would like to have 2 days off in this way attrition will decrease a lot for all campaigns.
