I started 4 years ago as a CSR, then I did my best performing since I wanted to grow, I really enjoyed the mentoring I had on my path and I was able to move on different roles and learn a lot of the business. I am very happy about my experience and I am proud to be a SITEL employee.

I have been able to experience multiple positions since I've taken advantage of every opportunity to learn & improve my skills set. I truly appreciate the open doors policy we have since I have been able to learn from all departments.

I would say the stability we all experience.

My team is open to learn, incredibly there providing support when needed.

My boss is awesome, always prioritizing my human side & open to help me improve.

Feeling comfortable that whatever happens during the day I have all necessary tools & a great team to succeed.

I believe our team is doing such a great job, it would be better if the way we promote people changes

the many activities that are planned for our month, there's always fun or interesting to see that makes you go outside of monotony

Team work, how we help each other no matter assignments to certain people and how it helps balance our day to day work load
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I really love the amazing team work environment I enjoy every day were we invest in helping us as a team and not as individuals, since we all are working towards reaching a common goal
