It has been amazing, I had the opportunity to grow here and learn, unfortunately, due to my actual manager I don't feel good anymore. I think she needs to be more human with their employees.

we are very close and we enjoy meeting different people from other places and different genders.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I love my team, they do an amazing job every day and they give their 200% every day to fulfill our goals.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
I think that they need to improve their people skills, and learn more about how to value our work and their employees.
What makes you most happy at work?
The only thing that made me happy at work every day was my team, but now almost all of it is gone to others calls center due to the salary.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I received many offers to make the same job that I'm doing here in others call centers and the salary is much better and the answer of our Manager is "Okey if you want to go you can go" I love Sitel but I'm getting tired. I think that the salary raise of 130.000 it's a joke
