Most of the call center are paying more than $550 and we still have the same salary.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
it would make me feel better having a salary increase, talking about the base salary without commissions, a better explanation about how commissions works in my campaign, and providers enough a better equipment for people working from home
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
from people working from home i think we do not have enough positive environment because we are working at home, so if SITEL maybe can invest more on how to make more enjoyable and positive the environment w@h, that would be great
