They care about us and they provide all the tools that we need, we work as a team abd that's important, they help you in any required that you might have.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I feel like my job is valued and the compensation is fear for me, it would be fantastic if you could add more bonus, but at the end is a fantastic compensation and I'm very grateful with the company.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
That everyone work as a team and that everyone respect each other and we help is someone is a having a difficult and we can help we do. The place is very comfortable and I feel that the company provide the best environment
What makes you most happy at work?
The fact that I have a job that make me feel comfortable and that they respect me. Every day you face different challenge but you have the support of your partners and that's good. You know that you are not alone when you have a problem.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We can spend time together talk a little and we support each other as a team, we as team out of the work we still in contact because we have a great relationship and at work we all do our best to accomplish the company's goals and our goals too.
