I really like the way they get involved with us and ask us with the challenges we are facing and also guide us with it.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Undervalued will be the wrong word to choose. I will just say that due to the internal movements that happened in SITEL, my pay was affected
