The way things are handled in a systematic and none of the cases are biased , no partiality in teams , recognition , helping colleagues , responsible manager all good.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is always the best in interaction and helping. I'm new to the team as a trainer but my coworkers helped me alot and always been next to me whenever I needed help. Learnt alot of skills from my peer workers
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Every issues of an employee (mine ) is been taken care of my manager. Value is been given . My work is been recognised. Geetha is wonderful have no words how she manage the training team. She's just like Jyotsna. The care and responsibilities everything. I'm really happy to be a working under her.
What makes you most happy at work?
Extra care about the employee health and my manager checks if I'm peacefull at work. Am I comfortable if she finds I'm not feeling well or I'm disturbed by any disruptive person she intervenes helps me to get a peace of mind , molds , teaches me and she makes me perfect and best all the time .
