Been with the company for more than a decade, and I've enjoyed my career so far. My peers and former managers have been helpful for my advancement in the company. The compensation though is not really something you look forward to if you're internally hired.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay grade update. Newly confirmed managers/team leads, etc. still get the compensation package that has been in place a decade ago and is no longer at par with other companies.
