They are employee friendly in some aspects, not much of work pressure, work and life is well balanced.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Less pay for the process. Compensate equally within a process and try to give some goodies like health kit and some useful gadgets and reimbursement for office chairs, vaccination in this pandemic times.
