We work hard to be in this place, the management team should provide more motivation when it comes the bonus, also, more activities that motivate us to continue doing our job.

there is no bonus at all, you can make extra money only by doing overtime, and its exhausting!, no compensation at all if you are in email team or chat, even if you are in Voice difficult to get at least $50 , please give us more bonus.,
