They seem are trying to inprove our activities and asking feedback for everything
What are some of the best things about your team?
The schedule, is the overnight and I habe flexibilty to enjoy the rest of the day
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Within my campaign there are not cheaps all the months, so it would be better if we have a better budget, besides it would be better if are paid earlier as other associates in other companies are.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I consider all the overnight team feel not that comfortable and motivated with our experience, it could be better if we are same valued as the morning team are and as in the embassy site are
