Hikes in salary is as diacussed their is no wall between discussion and final payout. It's all cleared
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have HR who visit our floor very often just to bave a fun session and if you feel demotivative just have a session with Felix (sales coach) i can comit that you will work with 2 times energy
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership is very supportive. If an employee wants to learn and grow they help that employee with their best. They provide feeback every week just to improve in stats. They are equally supportive for everyone( no one is getting extra levrage for anything)
