Overall, a good experience especially with the CEO's and investors' bold move to buy Sykes and even one more before the year ends. Downside to experience, howeve, is the amount of tasks loaded to Operations because of Call Miner initiatives. Nine hours in a coaches' worklife is simply not enough.
