For me, this company has changed my life and helped me grow. I am now more confident than I was before. I got on well with the people and enjoyed working with them. I joined as an agent and got prompted within 15 months of joining. For me its a big achievement. Thank you.

We care about each other and help each other whenever needed. We work together to achieve our targets. We spend time and enjoy while working to keep ourselves engaged and happy.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The salary is less and there are no extra benefits apart from the cab facilities. I think the salary should be increased and there should be more benefits like Sodexo card etc

I think the amount of work we do in the company, needs to be valued even more. I feel the salary is less and there are no benefits apart from the Cab facility. Salary should be increased, and other allowances like, partial house rent, food coupon/card, gift vouchers, goodies etc should be added.
