I'm glad I went back to Sitel.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
I left Sitel and came back. my only complaint is the lack of technological support. We do not have enough laptops, the ones issued are ancient and very slow. We do not have company issued phones. Employees are not enabled to compete
