Have been in TT for a long time, if theres not a chance or an opportunity to confirm then why not give then allowance for atleast to compensate higher level of workload and stress for a long time

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

There should be a balanace between people and business. You want to retain people? Value you them like you care, increase the salary, executives and ceo gets more at the expense of smaller people.WF looks at how competitive you are in regards to salary and people
