I've been in SITEL for almost 4 years but I never receive any acknowledge on my work specially to my account. I only have the salary increase at my first year to the company. The health benefits too hassle to avail.

Managers should listen to all the employees and should done about it. Not only a one-sided-comment. A benefit should be distributed evenly and fairly
