We really need to to put into action work-life integration for our employees and to have a more competitive total rewards and recognition programs.

Ability to assist in resolving concerns escalated. Interacting with the leaders. Interacting with my team and ability to provide guidance for them to hopefully grow,
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Ability to forge through despite the challenges and the changes brought about by the pandemic. It gives one a sense of renewed hope for better things to come in the next year.
