Be sensitive. Don't act like you're God when treating employees. Shame on you.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The company is an exploiter, revisit the salary of the employees to be reminded on the amount that should be rightfully given to them. Stop being an exploiter and a capitalist.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We're very overworked but our salary is the same since we've been hired and it's been more than 2 yrs. Our job description and title has changed. We have more task now than before but there's still bo change on the salary. Sitel is definitely an exploiter.
