Salary has always been the problem pre pandemic and more so now. The People First culture is slowly fading away and being replaced by Capitalism. Performance and efficiency as well as productivity is eating people away.

Underpaid overworked jack of all trades, training ground for other companies yo benefit from. People don't last because of the meager salary package. We have been saying this is a lot of surveys. Nothing has changed yet.

What are some of the best things about your team?
The agents are competitive and they know their rights. Given the right guidance they can be cooperative. The Coaches have a lot to learn as well as the Support Team.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Salary package is not competitive. My salary as a Manager is the salary of a coach somewhere else. Maxicare has gone bad too. My BUI was not processed in Q2 2021 and no one even noticed it.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The compensation is not at par with what is being offered outside. A coach is paid less than an agent in other companies. Managers outside are paid double than what home grown managers get. The HMO was downgraded and almost useless to prevent sickness. It only becomes useful if you get hospitalized.
