Best Company, best Benefits, best Manager but the salary is not enough, this kind of concern should be take an action immediately. some of my coworkers leave because of the salary issues.

About salary alignment and this should be taking serious. I feel better if the salary is reasonable to stay.

Being a HR Compliance Specialist is kind a stressful work, heavy work plus the integration of end to end process should be apply as soon as possible (salary alignment).
