Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
i am an SPMT of DTV and my job role is similar to a manager of 12 learning specialist for 2 years now and until today, the incentive plan/allowance for my role is still in the works. Other vendor's SPMT has automatic allowance for the role. Mine is 2 to 3 years in the making...
