
It's hard to stay constructive when your manager takes away a part of your pay with a reason of "you're being paid too much".
I know it's hard to strike a balance between supervisor and rank & file ratio, but to me it seems they put too many people for a supervisor to handle.
This company should unify it's collaboration system. Right now there are are 2 competing systems for virtual meetings and the criteria for getting an account on either of them needs sorting.
