LESS THE TOXIC PEOPLE AROUND SPECIALLY THE HIGHER UPS (SME, QA, WFM, LS, TL, OM, SOM, CLIENTS)
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My salary is TOO LOW that I have been through many accounts with HIGHER offers than I have; I just received only 1 1,000php increase only when I turned a year in the company that supposed to be every year; I shouldn't supposed to have a tax because basic salary is below 20k plus OTs are not taxable.
