It used to be great. I dont really look for salary that much as long as the folks around are easy to deal with. A lot of folks in my current account are toxic.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
No recognition. Operations tends to be toxic.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Compliance to items. Better response times. Not pertaining to the learning team.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
More fun activities. Less toxic people. More recognition to the Learning Team from Ops partners
What makes you most happy at work?
More interaction between the support. I miss having to look forward to Fridays like my previous account
