Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Its better to have the same standard in terms of pay like the other competitors, this is one of the reasons why some of the agents are not performing well due to salary and moving to the competitors. Allowances for supports should be implemented as well, since they do more work
