Employees help each other and target people first, but that doesn't come from managers.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Decrease whatsapp groups and decrease messages outside working hours. Log into a home office model.

The union between the team and the clear idea that everyone has in relation to our work.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe they do a pretty grueling job and we earn a salary without any compatibility with what we've been doing. I would feel more comfortable earning more salary and higher VR.
