Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Provincial rate in Palawan is seemingly unfair, this is a tourist destination and cost of living is high. Our health benefits seems to be unclear and road show needs to be done for us to raise questions with competitive representatives from our Health Care Provider
