It makes me happy because of wfh set up especially during this pandemic.

I like the way how they provide their supports and motivate us to work hard.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part is we have a allowance but it is much better if my basic salary is higher than 16k since i have 2yrs bpo experience and even if we are hired in wfh set up we should get a signing bunos.
