Love my Partners but have doubts about the Sitel decisions regarding its employees. Example: No PLR (Profits participation) for years now..more than 5, even though it is always said that we are growing and all even during the pandemic 2019-2021

Cade a PLR? There is no payment for participation, but the business is always sharing with the employers their information of profits at eventual meetings....it almost feels as if we were being made fools...
