The best thing about our team is that, even we have differences especially to our perspectives in life, we are all able to understand each other and creat great bonding.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I think it's the environment itself. I was able to make friends not within our team but to other LOB's. Because of Sitel, I was able to widen my connections.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like how my co-workers see and treat me. I am a newbie & Sitel is my very first company. I didn't see any issues & negative thoughts working w/ them because we all are into each others shoulders even we have differences especially to our skills & experiences.
What makes you most happy at work?
I feel most happy for the achievements I have while working in Sitel. In 3 months of working, I got cross-trained to other LOB which I see as another opportunity to grow my career. Plus, the people around me, they are all hardworking and will lift you up with them.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part is as newbie, I don't feel like receiving low salary because on my 3 months of working in sitel, I was able help my parents on our financial needs. Plus, I was able to buy things I wish I had when I'm not working. Also, the dream to have a dog (again) is quite the most fulfilling.
