They could raise the salary but it's over the average. Management doesn't seem to care at all. My coach does a decent job I don't feel presured.

Raise our salary right now.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
No PTO approved, only for coaches even though there are people with special needs, or special ocassions particularly December 24 or 31 on my country.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They tried to support each other, share their knowledge right away so others don't make the same mistake they did before so we can improve the quality in our job.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
To really listen to us, we have been asking for a raise and all they do it's to reward the people that leave the company with a hiring bonus of $400. While people that have been loyal only receive a raise of $15 annually. What a joke.
