With the changes happening rather rapidly, our team has evolved and coped with the current status of the world. I would say that Sitel has been doing the best it could to be able to cope with these changes, and continue to provide jobs to the community, which is something I truly appreciate.

Raise is not constant, and promotion is the only way to get it.

My team sincerely cares for one another and always considers each one's situation when sharing tasks.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I haven't really been able to feel the environment onsite as I have been working from home for quite a while.
What makes you most happy at work?
Knowing that my teammates and other teams (our customers) rely on my output, and me being able to fulfill my part, is enough to make me happy.
