experience is great and people here in sitel are amazing but compensation wise its not . Its super low

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They dont spend in tools for their employee to be productive and efficient. For our acct and as support we still use webmail (limited space) and a libre office. Compensation wise its not competitive and very low vs with all the stress and workload.
